Supervisory Board

The Supervisory Board of Bayer Technology Services GmbH comprises of representatives of the stockholders and one employee representative. Bayer AG, which holds 100 percent of the BTS shares, is represented by Chairman of the Supervisory Board Dr. Wolfgang Plischke and Mr. Patrick Thomas. Andrea Holstein-Wagner is the employee representative.
