If you need space cleared for new buildings then you need look no further. We provide consultancy and design services, as well as construction management services, both for complete demolition and partial demolition with rebuilding.
Our range of services embrace hazard assessment, our appraisal of the situation as an accredited expert body and the complete rebuilding planning for buildings and industrial plants. We coordinate the removal of any hazardous materials present as well as disposal management, and take care of the entire permitting process, including acceptance tests. We naturally take care to ensure the safety and health of all personnel. We manage the project from the invitation to tender, through the award of contract, up to the time of billing and also assume responsibility for site management.
Because we develop the concepts together with your personnel, you can rest assured that the later implementation of the project will be in compliance with your needs and all legal construction and environmental protection requirements, and that costs will be minimized wherever possible (e.g., through recycling of materials).
In many cases, it is not necessary to shut down an entire plant when only demolishing parts of it. This is simply a question of careful planning and precise coordination.
Rebuilding these days is a much more selective and targeted process than in the days of the sledgehammer approach of the wrecking ball. Today, very different methods are used that are tailored to the object in question.
