MoBi®

The systems biology software tool for multiscale physiological modeling and simulation.

MoBi^® is flexible software package for mechanistic and dynamic modeling and simulation of biological processes and drug action. MoBi^® is fully integrated with the whole-body physiologically based pharmacokinetic modeling tool PK-Sim^®, and therefore ideally suited to establish multi-scale models. In addition to different import and export functionalities, MoBi^® Toolboxes for R¹ and MATLAB^®,2 are available.
