For existing processes, for example, flonamic eases the conversion from batch operation to continuous production. For new processes, in turn, the requirement can be to increase the output that has previously been achieved in the laboratory, reduce solvent consumption or determine the optimal reaction temperature. In that case, flonamic uses both theoretical calculations based on material data as well as series of proprietary tests on the laboratory scale. Our experts then use pilot plants to determine the optimal parameters for reliable process control on any desired scale. flonamic also identifies cases in which economical synthesis is simply not feasible. That is an important piece of information that can prevent wasteful major investments as early as possible.
