We provide services covering all aspects of stirring technology. In each case, we advise on the selection and dimension of stirring units, no matter how complex the process technology. We determine key data such as power, mixing time, gassing and suspension characteristics, residence time distributions and mass transfer rates.
In the case of existing plants, we provide troubleshooting to overcome acute operating difficulties. Our many years of experience enable us to quickly and reliably identify and eliminate problems or bottlenecks, e.g. associated with mixing intensity, heat transfer or mass transfer. We undertake all necessary tasks to increase the efficiency or capacity of your production facility. We also provide mechanical strength calculations for stirrer shafts. Moreover, we perform measurements – even during ongoing production – to determine vibration and the natural frequency of stirrers.
