Our service ...

We develop miniaturized parallel reactors ideal for many laboratory applications including:

  • polymerization (mass, solution, emulsion);
  • hydrogenation;
  • phosgenation.

Our modular concept satisfies the following maximum requirements:

  • individual control of each single reactor (pressure, temperature, speed);
  • continuous, automatic dosage of small volumes of fluids;
  • operating pressures up to 325 bar possible;
  • operating temperatures up to 300 °C;
  • viscosities up to 10 Pas;
  • flexible adaptation to a variety of chemical problems;
  • conformity with Bayer safety standards.

All reactors are equipped with peripheral components for process control, whereby an integrated miniaturized laboratory experimentation unit is formed. The control system allows easy preparation of many experiments in a preset order. The experiments can be run simultaneously with online product analyses allowing the user to modify experiments constantly.

Process data is combined with batch numbers and analyser information during a run.

If required the unit can be run fully automated. Control is performed either by computer or via a control module based on Eurotherm controllers.
