- Continuous solvent shift precipitation process for the generation of nanodispersions
- Depending on the amount of active available, our work starts with measurement of key properties, e.g. solubility, melting point, degradation, analysis methodology. Suitable methods can be preselected on the basis of these data.
- For each process, screening tests are available to check for e.g. suitable surfactants, grinding agents, emulsifying excipients, encapsulating and stabilizing polymers.
- In small scale test facilities all the necessary process parameters can be derived and optimized. Initial product samples for pre-tests are then produced.
- For initial in vitro analysis the following methods are available: particle size measurement, SEM, DSC, HPLC, flow-cell release test, penetration test.
