Our service ...

With our comprehensive array of equipment for the investigation of gaseous, liquid and multiphase flows, both in laboratory models and in-situ in the plant, we can offer you expert flow analysis for a variety of applications, e.g.:

  • the design or optimization of dust separators (cyclone, deflecting separator, etc.);
  • the use of droplet separators;
  • the design of hydrocyclones, bubble separators or fall-film ducts;
  • the dimensioning of sonic nozzles, injectors and general nozzles.

Besides design and optimization of such standard equipment, our primary focus is the analysis of complex flow situations.

Areas of application include the determination of flow around buildings, the design of air distribution in cleanrooms or the analysis of intermixing in gas phase reactors.

We can also investigate into the mixing of pseudoplastic fluids (e.g. slurries)
