Our service …
We will be at your side with advice and support – up to and including the experimental conception and design of complex new processes – for the solution of your operational problems pertaining to dispersion technology. We, the experts at Bayer Technology Services, are well versed in the physical characterization of material systems and the selection of suitable dispersion processes, apparatus and auxiliaries.
We provide consultancy for process issues regarding the selection, design or modification of dispersion, emulsification and mixing processes – including for liquidliquid reactions.

We perform screening trials to assist you in the development of recipes for new formulations. For example, we measure the determining physical properties for (dispersion) applications. We develop simple green table designs for batch and continuous mixing and dispersion processes.
For existing plants, we offer assistance with:
- acute operational problems, e.g. following necessary recipe changes (troubleshooting);
- the identification of bottlenecks, e.g. inefficient comminution or insufficient stability due to an unfavorable process, non-optimized operating conditions or a problematic recipe.
