In the most modern of our pilot plants (commissioned in 2000) a wide range of equipment using the latest technology is available for manufacturing your product. Here we can produce quantities for premarketing and sampling on a kilogram scale but also longer term smaller quantity production runs.

We are particularly well equipped for thermal separation methods such as distillation/rectification and extraction. We are also specialised in membrane technology and chromatographic separation methods. You simply supply the product, for instance from a reaction, in crude form and we will separate the end product according to your specifications. Our pilot plant runs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

In addition to custom manufacturing in the narrow sense, i.e. product manufacturing to meet your specifications, our specialist personnel can also help develop the most efficient separation method. The results from simulations are generally verified on a laboratory scale before being transferred to our pilot plant.

We have many years of experience working on laboratory and pilot plant scale and we use the latest computer technology to ensure reliable scale-up for a complete process and plant concept.
