Our separation laboratory has the know-how and the equipment needed to determine all required data for filtration and demoisturing processes.

The physical model for feed control is derived from basic research. The entire diagnostic unit comprises the following components:

• standard ultrasonic fill level sensor with evaluation unit for quick installation in pilot plant and production-scale centrifuges;
• mobile diagnostic unit, designed to be connected to the production unit’s process control system, with Beckhoff interface and data bus;
• diagnostic unit equipped with the following software: Wonderware/Intersys under Windows NT^®, InTouch^® for user dialog and trend monitoring, InControl® for process data processing;
• experimental centrifuge for off-site assessment of potential (e.g. for developmental products).
