Solid Liquid Seperation
Diagnostic System for Peeler Centrifuges
… is your gain
Conventional filtering centrifuges, and peeler centrifuges in particular, are normally time controlled because observation and measurement of the filter cake height during operation previously have not been possible. Moreover, the maximum fill level of the drum is normally set to a low limit value for safety reasons. This results in longer cycle times than necessary, fluctuating product quality, unnecessarily long run-in times after product changes and thus higher production costs.
You will benefit from:
- long-term process analysis;
- utilization of capacity reserves due to operation in the optimal operating range;
- change from conventional to product and performance oriented operation;
- adaptation of step times to actual product behavior;
- shorter start-up times after product changes;
- more consistent product quality;
- increased availability due to less need for manual interaction.
