Our approach
Our projects have a modular structure which ensures you an early benefit as soon as the first activities have been completed. Our process analysis takes a holistic approach and typically includes the following steps:
- basic mass balances;
- compilation and research of necessary material data and information;
- modeling of the relevant process steps;
- operating data analysis and comparison with model;
- process engineering assessment and derivation of recommended action.
As well as solving the problem with which you originally approached us, the understanding we gain of your process frequently allows us to identify further optimization potential. All activities are performed by close collaboration of the various disciplines within BTS and can be supported by our laboratories and pilot units if necessary.
In the case of models that you use, we can offer ongoing support in their maintenance and regular adaptation to process modifications.
