PEDW – Progress through Innovation and Integration

The Bayer Group has used PEDW on projects since 1999. PEDW was used in design and development projects, since 2000 it is being used in an engineering
projects successfully.
Approximately 30 employees and contractors used PEDW as the integration platform during the planning of a new production facility at the Dormagen site successfully.
PEDW is currently used in more than 20 international projects for
- process innovation,
- engineering and construction,
- operation of plants and
- for plant, site and process comparisons.
The system is currently being used by approximately 180 users at sites all over the world.
