Online analytics provides valuable process data to ensure optimal process control, excellent product quality, comprehensive environmental protection and maximum safety in your production units. Excellent technical service for process analyzers is crucial for safeguarding the availability and reliability of the measured analytical process data and a long system service life.

We provide this service at more than 10,000 process analyzer systems in production units for polymers, chemicals, crop protection agents and pharmaceuticals. Other locations include utility and disposal facilities such as power plants, wastewater treatment plants and incineration units.

Our service for process analyzers includes the following activities:

• maintenance of the analyzer systems;
• trouble shooting (round the clock if requested);
• technical modifications as required;
• continuous system improvement;
• optimization of the measuring technologies used;
• continuous update of documentation;
• provision of radiation protection for radiometric analyzer units.

Our mission is to optimize the maintenance effort to achieve the best cost of ownership for the customer, bearing in mind the customer’s availability requirements for the analyzer systems. This is achieved by constantly comparing the maintenance schedules for each analyzer equipment with the results of failure statistics.´
