BaychroMAT® is a flexible process analysis system that is capable of performing complex gas and liquid chromatography procedures. The integrated automatic sample preparation function allows all steps in the preparation of process samples to be performed online in just a short time. The Analyzer Result Transfer Software ARTS facilitates connection to all conventional process control systems.
Whereas GC applications are well-established in process control, process HPLC is less widely used. Until now, it has only been possible to implement expensive individual solutions. Even with GC, limits are reached if the sample requires dilution, extraction or derivatization before injection.
The new BaychroMAT® has been designed to relieve laboratory technicians and production plant laboratories of routine tasks. BaychroMAT® completes all sample preparation steps that were previously performed manually: quickly, reliably and reproducibly. Simple parameterization enables the system to perform a range of tasks: dilution, derivatization, extraction, pH adjustment, addition of internal standards, dissolution and reprecipitation, etc.
