Bayer Technology Services at the Hannover Fair 2010
Bayer Technology Services is presenting innovative technology solutions in the identification technology and process analysis technology sectors at the Hanover Fair from April 19 to 23, 2010. BTS is demonstrating the latest innovations in its ProteXXion® authentication technology at Stand A38 in Hall 17. This high-end technology requires no marking and slots in alongside bar codes, 2D data matrix codes and RFID solutions to complete the Tracking & Tracing product portfolio of BTS. Examples of applications shown include the intralogistic tracking of unmarked parts, the use and verification of secure labels and mobile authentication devices. This year BTS will be supported at its stand by co-exhibitors IBM, 3M, Ingenia Technology, LOG and Competent Solutions.
Stand C35 in Hall 7, where the emphasis is on online analytics, will showcase the SpektroBAY® process NIR spectrometer system. More than 100 of these units have already been sold and are in online use at over 450 measuring points. The system facilitates a high degree of process safety through flexible online process monitoring of material composition based on an innovative fiber optic technology and individually configurable measuring probes. A particular highlight is the newly developed multitemp option based on interrogator technology that has significantly lowered the equipment costs for multi-point temperature measurement. The online system BaychroMAT® offers innovative possibilities for the online measurement of parameters in fermentation processes. BTS is also showcasing its standardized measuring containers - tailored solutions for online measuring technology in investment projects that offer a high degree of flexibility and defined interfaces. These modular process applications protect the unit, lower costs in the long term, and increase process efficiency and profitability.
