Today, offline inspections and preventive maintenance are still applied periodically to prevent unscheduled plant outages with the resultant loss of production during the outage.

In the last few years, we have developed a number of test procedures that determine the condition of components without interrupting operating sequences. We can perform these procedures using mobile units or with relatively simple probe installations.

Some of the services we offer are:

• corrosion monitoring (detection and monitoring of corrosion processes);
• mobile radiometric density profile measurements to establish anomalies in columns;
• potential drop methods for continuous monitoring of previously damaged components;
• wall thickness measurements during ongoing operation;
• mobile fill level measurement;
• radioscopic measurements to establish the condition of piping and valves;
• leak tests using helium, even with liquid-filled systems.
