The experts in particle characterization at Bayer Technology Services will measure and interpret particle data and properties for you and will supply you with key data on your products and processes. We have experience of a wide diversity of materials. This means that we are able to use recognized standard methods and product-specific methods to record
- aerodynamic particle size,
- number or mass distributions,
- surface and classification data,
- particle shape and stabilities, and
- pore size distribution
in all aggregate states.
We also provide consultancy and support in selecting your own equipment and methods, as well as in the interpretation of data supplied to you by your customers or suppliers. We will assess or examine:
- the definition of your product specification;
- the information contained in key data;
- the physical or technical limitations;
- the comparability of different methods.
We qualify and validate methods, thereby creating the conditions required for the reliable transfer of results.
If required, we can also perform measurements at your location or take into account specific surroundings, such as cleanroom environments.
