Draw on our synergies as the Materials Engineering unit of a global organization and take advantage of our full range of services including practically every type of test available in the areas of packaging inspection and testing, corrosion resistance, failure analysis, corrosion protection and non-destructive evaluation.
We can do the following tests for you:
- prototype testing according to code 1A, 1B, 1D, 1G, 1H, 3A, 3H, 4A, 4B, 4C, 4D, 4F, 4G, 4H, 5H, 5L, 5M, 6H, 6P packaging up to a gross weight of 260 kg;
- quality assurance testing, sample and product inspection of
- steel and plastic barrels (cover, bung),
- canisters,
- wooden and plastic pallets,
- KIBC,
- FIBC (big bags) as defined by the EFIBCA,
- paper, board and corrugated board packaging materials (folding boxes, octatainers, bags);
- corrosion testing for packaging materials (plastics and metals);
- transport testing under practical conditions;
- failure analysis of packaging units.
All tests are performed by experienced personnel. We offer fast, expert and economic services. We can also help to establish a test plan tailored to your specific requirements. If you need to define a packaging specification, we will help you define the basic parameters and then assist you with inspecting your packaging materials in accordance with the specification.
