We draft long-term concepts that will ensure the attractiveness and sustainable development of your production site enduringly. We provide support in the selection of new sites and a comparison of sites to provide a solid basis for your investment decision.
Our master plans include such things as:
- long term concepts for site development with the focus on effi ciency, safety and security, and environmental sustainability
- concepts for site utilization and the internal structure via division into suitable blocks with regard to the functions on-site;
- routes to ensure supply and disposal and internal structuring of the individual blocks under operational aspects as accessibility, maintenance, expansion and third party utilization.
Our planning activities also take into consideration the influencing of and connection to the external infrastructure, such as access roads, rail sidings and docks. Our planning naturally also includes the possible impact of the site on neighboring facilities and the surrounding area and vice versa as well as safety and environmental protection aspects.
