We are happy to assume project owner tasks to lighten your load as much as possible.

If requested, we are happy to act as the general contractor in situations where the division of responsibilities is clearly defined. In other words, we will provide design and construction services at a fixed price, for instance for production buildings and plant control rooms, as well as for buildings housing offices, research facilities and labs.
