Our approach
The exact services required, together with the projectspecific boundary conditions, are first discussed with the building owner. Our designers will then draw up convincing concepts that will be discussed with you, planned in detail and efficiently implemented. We offer the following services in addition to the actual design process:
- assessment of current status and 3D as-built documentation;
- experimental mock-up studies;
- performance appraisals;
- acceptance testing.
We have PC expert systems for Air Humid Handling with Mollier h/x diagram, heat requirement calculations (DIN 4701), cooling load calculations (VDI 2078), vapor diffusion and energy requirements (VDI 2067) for the optimization of building and plant engineering systems.
We also use the appropriate software at both the design and execution planning stages (TriCAD for 2D/3D HVAC, sanitary, electrical and sprinkler systems), for drafting invitations to tender and awarding of contracts (Futura AVA), as well as for construction and project implementation (MS Project, Controlling Software) to provide optimal project support.
We participate actively in committees for the drafting of standards, thus ensuring that we have the necessary knowledge and experience that will lead your project to a successful conclusion.
