We offer state-of-the-art methods and apparatus proven in use at Bayer to meet your requirements. Examples include easy-to-clean mixing systems, low-shear mixing systems, high-performance cell retention apparatus, low-shear pumps, a highefficiency, low-maintenance cell homogenation process and automated sampling systems.
Design of your fermentation process
We perform biological and process technology experiments in developing and optimizing your fermentation process. We have specialist knowledge relating to the manufacture of monoclonal antibodies and recombinant proteins.
Process control
We use state-of-the-art mathematical methods combined with the latest online analytical techniques in developing efficient process control.
Fermenter design and engineering
We select and size the optimum fermenter for your process, taking into consideration the relevant operating parameters, e.g. mass and heat transfer, shear conditions and CIP/SIP requirements. We plan, supply and validate your complete fermentation unit.
