Because not every employee is on the conventional management career track, Bayer Technology Services offers two alternative career options that can lead to top positions: as Experts - and as Project Managers.
The core of the new career track concept is what is called the Development Dialogue: Together with their superiors, the employees analyze their strengths and inclinations and are assigned to one of the three career tracks and a “role” (see selection menu to the right). The evaluation is conducted transparently and according to objective criteria. As the employee’s career progresses, the assignments are adapted to the employee’s career.
